PREAMBLE
The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to govern the rights and obligations of the Alliance des Mascareignes Agency and its client (natural or legal person) in the context of the sale of all the services of Agence des Mascareignes. These general terms and conditions are applicable to all service orders made with our real estate agency.
The GTC of this site have been drafted in accordance with Articles L. 111-1 and following of the Consumer Code and Article L.465-1 of the French Commercial Code.
Article 1: ACCESSIBILITY
These general conditions of sale of service (GTC) are systematically addressed and accessible to each customer on our site alliancedesmascareignes.com
Therefore, the order of a service implies the total adherence of the customer to these General Conditions of Sale over the entire duration of the mandate. No particular conditions may prevail against them.

Article 3: PAYMENT
The transactions carried out through the Alliance des Mascareignes agency are all carried out via a licensed notary.
Article 4: CASES OF FORCE MAJEURE
The performance of Alliance des Mascareignes’s obligations, at the end of the present is suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure that would prevent its execution.
The seller will notify the customer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.
Article 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The client benefiting from a mandate signed with the Alliance des Mascareignes Agency may withdraw within 14 days for a sales mandate and 10 days for a sale.
